Dear Authors,
We would like to provide you with information form the technical provider for the ISC'6 Conference (RentIT) taking place between 26-29 September 2021.
In case you will participate live at the venue we would like to kindly ask you the following:
Please make sure that you arrive at least 30-60 minutes prior to your session start time to make sure you have enough time to prepare.
In case you will use a presentation, kindly send it to us in advance via email no later than 1 day prior to the event (email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If the file is too big to send as an attachment please use file transfer. The required format is PPTX with a 16:9 aspect ratio. If you have any videos embedded in your presentation please send those as well separately in mp4 format.
In case you are not able to send the presentation in advance, you can give it to our technical team at the venue on a USB stick, however in this case it is extremely important that you arrive at the venue early.
We also recommend avoiding a striped blouse or shirt since the event will be live-streamed online and may negatively affect the quality of the image.

Parking:
Participants with accommodation at Novotel Budapest City (conference hotel) can use the hotel parking lot ,which can be reached from the Alkotás street.
Participants without Novotel accommodation can use the parking lot of the Budapest Convention Centre (conference site) Please use the first barrier from the Bach junction (csomópont)
Parking in both cases is possible for a fee .
In case you would like to pre-record your speech we would like to kindly ask you the following:
Please send us your pre-recorded speech / presentation in an email (email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in mp4 format. If the file is too big to send as an attachment please use file transfer. The deadline for submission is 17 September 2021
We recommend using Zoom for the recording as it will allow you to record your presentation and narration with a webcam at the same time. All you need to do is download the Zoom application to your computer and register if you do not have an account yet.
