ISC’6 Conference / Last minute General Information
The ISC’6 Conference is about to begin, so please find here some useful and important information about the personal and online participation:

You can put your poster in the morning from 8,00 on 27 September. We ask you to remove it on 29 September, before the end of the conference.

If you have a presentation, please contact them a day before, but at latest one hour before your lecture.
Using the cloakroom is mandatory and free of charge for the conference participants.
Please do not take your coat/umbrella/big suitcase into the lecture rooms.
Only registered participants/speakers/exhibitors with name badge. Upon arrival, first please contact us at the Registration desk to get your badge, and conference material.
Please note that due to epidemiological regulations, we need to check you your VALID EU Covid certificate ( in case of EU citizens) or a negative PCR test within 72 hours ( in case of all other countries) at the registration desk.

GALA DINNER with cruising
28 September / 19,00-22,00
This program can only be attended with ticket (it should be bought in advance, but it will be available on site, at the registration desk, in limited number. (120 Euro)
18:00 - Meeting at the Aula entrance (inside) – please look for the hostess with a “Gala dinner” sign!
The hostess will escort the guests to the Novotel bus parking lot.
Please give your ticket to the hostess before getting on the bus.
Buses will take the guests to the Európa ship.
19:00-19:30 – boarding the ship, serving welcome drinks and sweet and salty bites,
guests taking their seats at the tables
19:30-21:30 - cruising on the Danube, and dinner and drinks are served
21:30-22:00 – end of the program, getting off the ship - buses will take the guests back
to the Novotel
EVERY REGISTERED participant will get a link before the start of the conference to follow the program on line. (Short courses on 26 September, posters and exhibition will NOT be available online.)
The recorded program will be available from cca.8-10 days after the end of the conference till 31 December 2021. Please keep your link to follow the recorded program after the conference, as well.
The online platform will be accessible via a personalized direct link sent to the email address provided during registration.
The participants can follow the events in their own home or workplace on their computer.
You can choose between different programs. You can follow various presentations; you will be able to ask questions in writing which the speakers will answer verbally.
The program of the conference will run in several “meeting rooms” simultaneously (the same way as it would during an offline event). You will be able to switch at any time between the different “meeting rooms” and all presentations and discussions will be streamed.
Online participants can only ask questions in writing and the presenter will answer them live after the presentation.
The entire conference will be recorded. It will be available for viewing in about 8-10 days after the event until December 31, 2021. The recording is available via the same link at the online conference platform.

Please use the most updated version of the browser and the operating system. In case you are using mobile internet the expected date traffic is 1.1 GB per hour.
It is also recommended to avoid using any other high bandwidth applications or software such as:
A minimum of 5/5 Mbps bandwidth is recommended, otherwise lagging may occur in the transmission. Please use wired internet connection or position yourself as close to the wifi router as possible.
Parking on site
In case of the Novotel Budapest City Hotel’s guests:
For this parking place (B) ,if you arrive from the BAH junction , please use the first crossing gate right !
PLease pay the fee at the Novotel reception.
In case of conference participants without hotel reservation please use that part of the BCC’s parking lot, which is operated by Novotel for a price of 400 HUF/car/hour
